You are seeing this because
index.html was double-clicked.
The tool needs a small local server to run — a browser cannot start it from a folder on its own.
To start it
- Close this tab.
- In this same folder, double-click START.bat
- Leave the black window open — it opens your browser for you.
The first run installs what the tool needs and takes a few minutes; after that it starts in seconds. If START.bat reports that Node.js is missing, install the LTS version from nodejs.org and run it again.
